Baby Wilson is approximately 10.5 inches long and weighs about 12.7 oz. She drinks several ounces of amniotic fluid every day for hydration, nutrition and to practice swallowing/digesting. And by now, her taste buds actually work!
Mexico Vacation
This week we took a Wilson Family vacation to Riviera Maya, Mexico. It was a beautiful ocean front resort with multiple swimming pools and a variety of great restaurants (probably the best guacamole I've ever had). Besides lounging in the sun we did a girls day at the spa while the guys played golf, played a round-robin tennis match, and enjoyed the huge workout room every morning.

One of the best parts of the trip was the surprise shower Demetria and Maureen planned for us one morning. When I walked out of our room into the living area, I discovered baby girl decorations and clothes hanging all over. It was such a great surprise!
Smolik Family Visit
The day after we flew back from Mexico, my Mom and sister Tiffany came to Boston for a long weekend visit. We stared off the trip with a 4 hour visit to BuyBuyBaby to register. Who knew there is so much STUFF for babies! The rest of the weekend was all play. We picked 2 large bags of apples at a farm just 10 min from our house (which made an amazing apple pie). We tried a few new fabulous restaurants in Boston- Carmelina's in the famous North End and Legal Seafood Harborside in Boston's Seaport District. And we even managed to decorate the nursery a little.
